Once on friendly terms with Jacob, Tommy has since gone his own way. Carving out a living dealing with local criminals, he does anything he can to survive.
When Jacob comes along asking for help, Tommy has to decide if he’s willing to jeopardize his successful enterprise in order to help an old friend.

Intelligent and ruthless, Wallace has used blackmail and murder to reach a place of wealth and power. Robin’s father is the only person stopping him from having a monopoly on every government contract in the city.
When Jacob temporarily disrupts the flow of progress, Mr. Wallace sends his thugs to set the wheels turning once again.

Hector has found an outlet for his violent impulses by working for Mr. Wallace, a local crime lord. Well-spoken and uncharacteristically self-aware, Hector has a keen sense of how the world really works.
When his own personal debts force him into the role of a low-level enforcer, Hector quickly rises up through the ranks to become Wallace’s right-hand man.
